ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL 2012

In the late 90’s Ultra Music Festival began as a simple 1-day event, with hopes of some day bringing recognition to the world of electronic dance music. Now in 2012, Ultra Music Festival has exploded into a 3-day festival with over 200,000 anticipated attendees (from all 50 US states and 71 countries/territories) who are eager to be a part of the Ultra experience. Set against the backdrop of Miami’s Bayfront Park, March 23^rd, 24^th and 25^th mark the 14^th anniversary of one of the most anticipated dance music festivals in the world.

For the past six years, Ultra Music Festival has been the winner of the ‘Best Music Event 2011′ at the International Dance Music Awards. Besides presenting a diverse lineup that includes some of the top names in the business, UMF is equally as famous for its premier productions that often set the standard for similar festivals and shows.

This year’s incredibly stacked lineup features the best of the best. Tiesto, Skrillex, Afrojack, Laidback Luke, David Guetta, Armin Van Buuren, and Kaskade are just the beginning of Ultra’s extensive list of appearances. Its no wonder pre-sale tickets for UMF 2012 sold out in less than 20 minutes, crashing servers around the world. If that’s not proof enough that Ultra is here to stay then we don’t know what is.
