Sasquatch! Music Festival

The Gorge Amphitheater. Enough said. This outdoor venue, situated near the Columbia River in the Eastern Washington desert, is one of the most famous of its kind, having won over 10 awards for best outdoor music venue. Sasquatch! Music Festival is infamous for its indie band appeal, however in recent years, more and more electronic dance music acts have been incorporated into the 4-day festival. This year’s appearances include Pretty Lights, Nero, Wolfgang Gartner, Feed Me, Star Slinger alongside countless comedy and alternative acts that will play through day and night on 5 different stages. The variety of shows is plenty, leaving you with countless opportunities to expand your music taste. This year’s Sasquatch! Music Festival is May 25-28.

Shambhala

If you feel like hopping the Northern border over into Canada, you can head to one of the most unique festivals in the Northwest. The music festival is a ‘family run’ business that temporarily transforms their farm for 5 straight days into Shambhala - the largest city in the area. Boasting 6 uniquely themed stages amidst vast farmlands; art, music and life collide to construct the magical city. The Fractal Forest, Labyrinth, Living Room, Pagoda, Rock Pit and Village feature unique themes, sounds and experiences. If you feel like escaping to the city that doesn’t exist for 360 days of the year, Shambhala is your destination.
