| Magda, born Magdalena Chojnacka is no stranger to the limelight. Her roots stem from Detroit where she made her way through the club circuit and met Minus label boss Richie Hawtin. She now resides in Berlin, the techno capital of the world bringing her acclaimed fame, “The First Lady of Minimal” to Europe. Releasing her first artist album, “From the Fallen Page” and several dj mixes inlcuding the very popular “Fabric 49″, Magda has placed her name amongst the best in the industry. She has traveled the world, gracing dance floors with her techno and minimal grooves. Releasing tracks since 2004 on Minus, Magda carries the skills to help guide her career as a top female act to catch in 2011! This summer she has a unforgiving schedule that will have her visiting festivals in Portugal, Switzerland, Amsterdam, Italy and Berlin while maintaing a club schedule that takes her back and forth to Ibiza, Germany, and London’s best clubs.
