| Electric Daisy Carnival is an annual electronic dance festival held on the last weekend of June in Southern California, but has also been held in Texas, Puerto Rico and Colorado. In 2009, the festival was expanded to a two day event, which brought in 130,000 attendees, making it the biggest electronic dance festival outside Europe. The Electric Daisy Carnival normally has numerous stages with sponsors such as Giant, So Sweet, Bassrush, Club Melodic, Beatport, Saturday Night Sessions, One Tribe, Rock The Bells, and Spaceland. In 2011, Insomniac announced that it would move EDC to Las Vegas after the scandal of the 2010 event. | |
