| Like a long lost friend, WEMF returns this summer to once again spread the love! We are pleased to announce the return of the World Electronic Music Festival on the weekend on Aug 12-14, 2011. While the name remains the same, almost everything else has be updated, upgraded and sophisticated. Expect bigger and better talent from even more electronic genres, a much bigger emphasis on art and culture and greater community involvement. Like a phoenix from the ashes, the new WEMF emerges to be much more than it was before but without forgetting from whence it came.
Promoters for the World Electronic Music Festival (WEMF)–Canada’s premier three day electronic music experience has unveiled initial details of its highly anticipated line-up for the festival’s 15th annual installment. Set for Friday, August 12 to Sunday August 14 in the picturesque hills of Southern Ontario, WEMF2011 will once again be the largest event of its kind.
