Ibiza (Eivissa) is an adult playground that is truly magical. It provides the opportunity to hear some of the best music in the world on one of the most beautiful Balearic Islands all summer long! From the opening parties, which start in the first week of June, until the closing parties towards the end of September, Ibiza is exactly where you want to be. Ibiza has it all - incredible clubs, amazing music, beautiful people, and gorgeous beaches…the vibe on Ibiza is unmatched the world over. Ibiza actually has a long history of being an uninhibited retreat island since the 1970’s when mostly Europeans wanted to play…now everyone from across the world comes to experience the madness and euphoria that is the “White Isle.”
Ibiza continues to have the some of the best parties in the world hosted at the original super clubs like Privilege (Tiesto’s Club life, SuperMartXe), Amnesia (Cream, Cocoon), Pacha (All Gone Pete Tong, Vagabundos, Subliminal), Space (We Love, The Revolution), DC-10 (Circo Loco), Eden (Judgment Sundays) and Es Paradis (Ibiza Rocks, Hed Kandi). While each of these clubs provide a unique experience, there are other smaller venues such as Ushuaia Beach Club or Café Del Mar in San Antonio that set the mood to watch one of the most memorable sunsets of your life. From the secluded private beaches and villas to the many lounges and of course the major clubs, Ibiza truly offers something for everyone.
As everyone knows, the music helps set the atmosphere on Ibiza. Almost every major DJ and producer in the world make it to Ibiza at one point throughout the summer, if not every week at their own residency. What helps make Ibiza truly special are the new beats that DJ’s experiment with on the island. It’s incredible to hear music that can turn into a brand new sound that make its way off the island and around the globe. When Ibiza was first settled over 2,500 years ago it was named – Iboshim which was dedicated to the Phoenician God of music and dance.
