34,820 ATTENDED FIRST DAY OF MOVEMENT ELECTRONIC MUSIC FESTIVAL 2011
A record crowd attended the first day of the Movement Electronic Music Festival in Detroit. Saturday’s official attendance figure was 34,820. The crowd total for Saturday is the largest one-day figure the festival has had since becoming a ticketed event in 2005. Previously the standing record was about 31,000.
